Quand on bosse pour une compagnie étrangère, on reçoit parfois des trucs « bizarres »
Celui de cet après midi vaut son pesant de cacahouètes (désolé pour ceux qui parlent pas anglais mais je laisse en VO): Formulaire « Equal Opportunities Monitoring », dans lequel il faut renseigner (anonymement) son age, son sexe, son origine ethnique et si on est handicapé.
La raison : « To enable us to monitor the effectiveness of our equal opportunities policies, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete this form. The information will be used purely for statistical purposes, in line with the Codes of Practice for the elimination of discrimination. »
Je vous laisse apprécier les choix proposés pour origine ethnique :
White, Irish, Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Black Carribean, Black African, Black Other (specify), Other (specify)
Pas mal aussi pour le handicap, on peut donner son avis :
- Do you consider yourself to have a disability? Yes
- If Yes, please describe the nature of your disability : I have a big poil in my hand
